In the document there is given observation file of Meunargia Petre Pavlovich who was arrested and sentenced to imprisonment for distributing anonymous letter of anti-governmental and nationalistic content in March 1956.
Prosecutor’s office appealed to the Supreme Court of Georgia with mediation to repeal all the court decisions against Meunargia Petre Pavlovich for the reason of nonexistence of ground of crime in his actions.
