The document gives information regarding Banetishvili Tamar Davidovna arrested in March 1956.

In October 1955 and repeatedly in March 1956 Banetishvili Tamar sent two anonymous letters to the First Secretary of the Central Committee of Communist Party of Georgia Vasil Pavlovich Mzhavanadze. In the letters she was badly addressing the Partial and governmental elite of the Soviet Union. She was protesting the fact that J. Stalin was not any more mentioned together with V. Lenin.

The Court of Georgia sentenced Benetishvili Tamar for two years of imprisonment with the right to vote, but they took in consideration her services for party and social activities and changed the condemnation to suspended imprisonment for 3 years examination period.
